This is not communication problems in a "concrete" sense, but more of rigid, literal speech with little understanding of implied meanings, sarcasm, metaphors.
3. Imagination
This is not "imagination" in the traditional sense, but more of a lack of flexibility of thought. For instance, finding it very hard to handle unexpected change, needing lots of structure and routine in life.
